Tire Factory Phase II Project, First Tire Offline
The second phase project of Huayi Group (Thailand) Co., Ltd. has recently achieved the offline production of its first child.
The project is designed with an annual production capacity of 300000 high-performance full wire radial truck tires. The project contractor is China Chemical Equipment Technology Group Guilin Company.
During the project construction period, Sinochem Guilin Company dispatched a team to overcome various unfavorable factors.
Since the start of the project in March this year, it has taken 183 days and successfully completed the tire production target before September.
According to the data, Huayi Thailand Company was established through cooperation between Shanghai Huayi Group and Thai enterprises. Both parties have invested approximately 2 billion yuan to establish a factory with an annual production capacity of 1.8 million truck and bus tires and 50000 engineering tires.
This factory was put into operation in 2017 and its products are mainly exported to the US market.
