The next day, under the organization of the forum organizer, 20 representatives of tire companies attended the meeting and visited the Oman Super Heavy Truck Manufacturing Base of Daimler Automotive in Beijing.
The factory staff warmly received the visitors in the factory area.
Under the guidance of the instructor, the visiting team first arrived at the Beijing Super Truck Experience Center.
Everyone watched the company promotional video and product samples one by one, and personally boarded the Ouman Heavy Truck to experience.
Everyone has gained a deeper understanding of the brand strength and product technology of Foton Daimler.
Subsequently, the visiting team entered the factory's final assembly workshop and experienced the assembly process of Oman heavy trucks up close.
It is reported that this is currently the longest final assembly line in China, with leading assembly accuracy.
As a pilot demonstration base for intelligent manufacturing by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the factory adopts all Mercedes Benz truck manufacturing technology and quality standards.
Through investment upgrading and the introduction of automation, digitization, and intelligence technologies, the main line intelligence rate has reached 60%.
At present, the Beijing Foton Daimler Oman Heavy Truck Factory can produce up to 600 vehicles per day.
The visitors were full of praise for the factory environment and product technology.
