This product is composed of internal and external wheels, stoppers, cylinders, dampers, tread, and other components.
Its structure is characterized by "external rigidity and internal softness", which subverts the traditional design of "external softness and internal rigidity" for tires.
It is reported that the total consumption of mining tires after the application of the "booster wheel" saves 2.7 million yuan compared to traditional products, and the cost is reduced by about 60%.
This product uses polyurethane tread, which is not only durable, but also reduces consumption by 90% compared to traditional rubber tires during the manufacturing process. It can also achieve 100% tire recycling and reuse.
