The "TBR Production Line Technical Transformation Project (Phase I)" of Chongqing Hankook Tire Co., Ltd. has completed the environmental assessment publicity.
The total investment of this project is 47 million yuan, with an environmental protection investment of 160000 yuan.
On the basis of the original production line, it has added 1 TBR molding machine and 7 TBR hydraulic vulcanization machines.
Implement in two stages, with two additional vulcanization machines added in the first stage; In the second stage, an additional 5 vulcanizing machines and 1 molding machine will be added.
After the construction is completed, an annual production capacity of 136000 units can be added, and the annual output value will increase by 238 million yuan.
Its tire production capacity has increased from 2560 tires per day to 2960 tires. At that time, the total production capacity of the company's TBR tires can reach 1.036 million.
Chongqing Hantai is the third factory of Hankook Tire in China. Two other factories are located in Zhejiang and Jiangsu respectively.
It is understood that in the second quarter of this year, two local factories in Hantai experienced losses.
