1.6 million new tires were added within 1 month
Recently, the National Bureau of Statistics released tire production data for November 2022. In November, China's tire production declined year-on-year, but increased month-on-month, and the decline in synthetic rubber production also increased significantly.
Data show that in November, China's output of rubber tires was 74.812 million, an increase of 1.596 million from the previous month, and a year-on-year decrease of 7%. From January to November, the total output of rubber tires in China was 787.92 million, a year-on-year decrease of 4%. In November, China's synthetic rubber output was 723,000 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 10.6%. In the first 11 months, China's total synthetic rubber output was 7.352 million tons, a year-on-year decrease of 5.8%.
According to statistics, in November, China imported 616,100 tons of natural rubber, a month-on-month increase of 15.68% and a year-on-year increase of 14.45%. In the first 11 months, China imported 5.3964 million tons of natural rubber (including latex and mixed rubber), a year-on-year increase of 11.04%.
