According to the investigation, Shanghai Shuyan Industrial Co., Ltd., the second-level agent of the brand, is suspected of stealing from others. In China, it produced Mickey Thomson D38 tires that were originally imported without authorization.
The manufacturer involved is Anhui Jichi Tire Co., Ltd. It is reported that the OEM price of tires is 19 yuan per kilogram, but the price of each tire is more than 2400 yuan.
The brand side denies the authorization of OEM in China. However, the quality of OEM is far from that of real imported products, and the gap is very obvious.
A few days ago, the two companies involved were investigated by the local market supervision and administration department.
It is reported that the amount involved in this tire counterfeiting case is more than 20 million yuan.
