New Tire Base, Countdown To Production
A few days ago, the "aircraft tire industry base project" of China Chemical Group Shuguang Rubber Industry Research and Design Institute Co., Ltd. has made new progress.
At present, the mixing workshop and three-dimensional finished product warehouse of the project have completed the piling work.
The rubber mixing workshop has an elevation of 4.16 meters, and the construction has been completed.
It is expected that the plant will be closed in March, the joint commissioning and test will be conducted in November, and the plant will be completed and put into operation in December.
It is reported that the project is divided into three phases, the first phase of construction, with a total investment of 648 million yuan.
After completion, 100000 high-performance aircraft tires can be produced annually.
Its products can provide supporting services for domestic regional aircraft ARJ21, domestic large aircraft C919, etc.
Phase II and III projects are planned to be constructed from 2024 to 2027.
It is understood that the Shuguang Academy has set up a wholly-owned subsidiary, Sinochem Third Ring (Guilin) Aviation Tire Co., Ltd., to implement this project.
