More Than 6 Billion Yuan, invested In Overseas Tire Bases!
Recently, Qingdao Senkirin Tire Co., Ltd. released the plan for non-public issuance of A-shares.
The number of shares issued by Sen Qilin this time does not exceed 194.9012 million shares. The company plans to raise 4 billion yuan for the Spanish tire project. Of which, 3.493 billion yuan was used for project construction and 507 million yuan was used to supplement working capital.
Senkirin Spain Factory is located in Galicia Autonomous Region. Its design annual production capacity is 12 million high-performance car and light truck radial tires. The project construction period is 36 months. After the project is completed and put into operation, it is expected to realize an operating income of 3.61 billion yuan.
Senkirin also plans to invest 2.047 billion yuan to build a tire production base in Tangier, Morocco. Its design annual production capacity is 6 million high-performance car and light truck radial tires.
These two tire projects are important steps for Senkirin to deeply implement the global development strategy. After being put into operation, the overall competitiveness and profitability of the company will be further improved.
At the same time, Senkirin will become a Chinese tire enterprise with bases in Thailand, Spain and Morocco.
