On March 30, the Internal Market Protection Department of the Eurasian Economic Commission issued Announcement No. 2023/363/AD18R3.

The announcement will make a final review of the changes in the anti-dumping situation for truck tires originating in China. The final determination decided to maintain the 2015 Resolution 154 and continue to impose Anti-Dumping Duty.

The anti-dumping duty rate of Chinese products involved in the case ranges from 14.79% to 35.35%. The product involved has a Union tax number of 4011 20 100 0, 4011 20 900 0, and 8708 70 990 9.

In September 2014, the Eurasian Economic Commission launched an anti-dumping investigation against Chinese truck tires.

On December 18, 2015, the agency imposed a five-year Anti-Dumping Duty on the products involved. In 2021, the tax collection date was extended and effective until June 28, 2026.

In March 2022, the Eurasian Economic Commission launched an anti circumvention investigation into Chinese truck tires. The investigation involved truck tires exported with tires and disk or non disk rim assemblies.

In 2023, the agency will levy Anti-Dumping Duty at the same rate on the products involved.
