1.9 Billion Tire Base, Adjusting Investment Structure
On September 15th, Jiangsu General Technology Co., Ltd. announced the adjustment of the internal investment structure of fundraising projects.
The total amount of funds raised by the company is RMB 1.018 billion. After deducting relevant issuance fees, the actual raised capital is RMB 1.003 billion.
As of March 10, 2023, all the above-mentioned raised funds have been in place.
Based on the actual situation, General Motors plans to adjust the internal investment structure of the "Cambodia High Performance Radial Tire Project".
It is reported that this move aims to accelerate the construction of fundraising projects and improve the efficiency of using the raised funds.
According to data, the total investment of General Motors' Cambodia project is 1.9 billion yuan. Its designed production capacity is 5 million semi steel radial tires and 900000 all steel radial tires.
The project was officially put into operation in May this year and is planned to be fully put into operation by 2024.
